Day 1 - Hal Hargraves

Hal was only 17 years old when a car crash severed his spine. However, he didn’t let that stop him from pursuing life with everything he had.

Hal started the “Be Perfect” foundation a few years ago which has raised millions of dollars to help people who suffer from paralysis. He also runs an amazing gym focused on helping those same people live their fullest life.

Just last year he got married!
